User access is role-based, i.e. your role (Contractor, VA Government User, etc.) will determine the permissions granted to users and the functions they will be allowed to perform within the FAS Sales Reporting Portal. The table below defines the roles referred to in this document.

A contractor recognized Point of Contract (POC) on a Veteran Affairs (VA) contract: Primary, Alternate, or Sales. |

VA Contract Specialist |
A VA employee reviewing VA contractor compliance in sales reporting and fee payments. |

VA Supervisor |
A VA employee with oversight into all FSS Contracts and may not be listed as a Contract Specialist on the Veteran Affairs (VA) contract. |

VA Administrator |
A VA employee with additional duties including but not limited to VA Contract Data management, etc. |
