Overview

Request Closeout is a feature provided to Contractors in the FAS SRP, which essentially sends an e-mail to the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) notifying them that there will be no more sales activity expected on this contract, and therefore requesting them to Closeout the contract. The system will ensure the Contract has no outstanding balance and no delinquent reporting periods for its duration prior to sending this email notification to the ACO.
