GSA Users can monitor contract activity in terms of transactional or aggregate sales data reported and payment information. In order to review this information, the GSA user will have access to a search page where they can search by several search criteria and once the search results are presented the User can select a record and either View Data or View Payments.
FAS provides the GSA User access to transactional and aggregate sales data reported by the Contractors and transparency into fee payments made. This information is useful to GSA Users not only in contract administration and monitoring but also enables market driven pricing that will benefit all Government agencies and eventually the taxpayer.
All GSA Users have read only access to all transactional sales data, aggregate sales data, and payment information by Contract. GSA User roles and permissions will be defined in accordance with which contracts they have access to and if they have an administrator role.
