Overview

To access the FAS SRP, a VA contractor or government user must be a recognized Point of Contact (POC) on a VA FSS Contract.

VA users must satisfy the following conditions:

• The user must be a recognized POC on the contract they intend to report in FAS SRP.
• The user must register and activate a multi-factor authentication (MFA) account.
• The MFA email address provided during registration must be an exact match with an email address on the contract.

For VA contractors, the VA FSS recognized POCs on the contract are: Primary, Alternate, or Sales.

For VA government users, the VA FSS recognized POC on the contract is Contract Specialist VA government users not listed on a FSS Contract, such as Supervisors or Administrators, may also gain access by reaching out to FSSsales@va.gov.

If a user is not a recognized POC on any VA FSS contracts, when the user attempts to register, FAS SRP will provide the following message:

“Only VA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract Primary Contract Administrators, Alternate Contract Administrators, or Sales Contract Administrators are permitted VA Contractor access to the SRP. We are unable to validate your email address against our VA/FSS contract records. Please contact your assigned Contract Specialist or FSS.Help@va.gov for more information or assistance.”

FAS SRP Registration Pre-Verification

 

If a user has an existing multi-factor authentication account, when the user attempts to register, FAS SRP will provide the following message:

“An account already exists for email [Email Address]. Please try to login here https://srp.fas.gsa.gov.”
