Adjusting Monthly Sales for GWAC/MAC Contracts (Polaris & OASIS+)

Contractors are responsible for reporting accurate and complete sales data. Occasionally errors in reported sales are recognized, and the Adjusting Sales Data feature allows Contractors to modify reported data to ensure their reports are accurate. When adjusting data, you must provide a justification for adjusting the data.

Making sales adjustments will affect the fees due. If additional fees are due, consult the How to Make Payments section to remit any due fees.

When you need to adjust (modify) data on a specific contract, you can do so by pulling up previously submitted data via an editable form and modifying existing data, adding new line items, adding new orders or simply deleting all orders and reporting ‘Zero’ sales. You will need the Contract Number and Reporting Period information for the data you wish to adjust.
